Order instruction
- Order input
At the product page you wish buy, input “number of products” and “add to cart” by clicking button. - Multiple products order
From inside Japan: Just order multiple items as a single order.
From outside Japan: This site automatically adds delivery cost on each item. Therefore, when you order multiple items, we suggest to order from our original web sites (https://beacle.com/english/) to minimize delivery cost. - Input other information required for order.
Input “delivery address”. “e-mail address”, “payment method”, and other information. - Order confirmation
Confirm “delivery address”, “ordered products”, “number of ordered products”, “payment method”, “desired delivery date”, “shipment cost”, and “total amount of payment”.
If everything is OK, then push “check out”. Now your order was confirmed and sent to shop manager.
*: Once you pushed “check out”, you cannot cancel it. Please confirm before pushing “check out”. - E-mail confirmation
After ordered, you will receive an auto reply e-mail that specifies your order.
*: If you did not receive e-mail, please check your mailer since the auto reply mail may be in your spam mail folder or may be rejected due to rejection settings. Please make sure that you received auto-reply email. - If you have any questions, please contact us.
About payment
Payment can be selected from following methods.
Credit cards (VISA / Mastercard/AMERICAN EXPRESS) Electric Pay (Google Pay/PayPal/ShopPay/ApplePay)

About delivery
Inside Japan:
Delivery will be conducted by Sagawa Express in Japan. If you want to specify the delivery date, please contact us by contact form.
Outside Japan:
Fedex or DHL are used for delivery to all areas outside Japan. If you want to specify the delivery date, please contact us by contact form.
About delivery cost
Inside Japan:
No delivery cost is charged except for Okinawa and Hokkaido where \200 is charged to each delivery.
Outside Japan:
Delivery cost by Fedex or DHL is automatically added on item cost in each item basis. If you have Fedex or DHL account please let us know from by contact form. We will refund delivery cost. If you would like to avoid this procedure, please order from our original web sites (https://beacle.com/english/).
About cancel
We do not accept cancel after you push “check out”. So be careful when you push “check out” button.
About Returns/Exchanges of items
We do not accept returns/exchange of items due to costumer’s conveniences.
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will promptly return or exchange it. Please contact us within 5 days after the arrival of the product (including the arrival date).
If there is a defect in the product, please clarify the problem and contact us. If the product is the cause, we will promptly replace it.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 5 days from the date of arrival of the product, except for defective products.
